Firstly, do you have a tummy split and what size is it?
Secondly, can you activate your pelvic floor and how strong is it?
By training with KC Fit @ HOME I’ll aim to help you repair your tummy split and strengthen your pelvic floor but to do that it’s really important that you do the exercises properly. It’s also really important to find out if you need to work with a specialist before starting this program too.
I’ll teach you how to find the answers to all of that in this course.
