Did you know that heaps of popular online workouts are unsafe for women to do – if you’re not taught how to do the exercise safely? Exercising incorrectly can lead to a tummy split (despite it being strong), sore lower back and even incontinence, pelvic floor problems.

Exercises that caused my tummy split and weakening pelvic floor:

  • Burpees
  • Full Push-ups
  • Sit-Ups
  • Crunches
  • Planking
  • Mountain climbers
  • Leg throws
